Business specialization for multi creators

Using a kaizen-muse creativity coaching approach to the clarity process of specializing in business.

Which creative process stage most represent where you’re at?

3. You’re stuck creating a project

You have an idea and passion for a project that will create better conditions for people or planet, but you’re stuck in your process.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed by the size of the project, or maybe you feel not “good enough” to be sharing your voice and opinion on the topic.

But you’d like to finish it.

  1. Lack of direction - too many creative ideas

You have a list of interests, ideas, and the skills to match, and you like the idea of having a business that will sustain you financially, and creatively.

But you feel pulled in several directions, and your enthusiasm doesn’t last long enough to get your business off the ground.

2. You want to combine interests into 1 business, and stay focused on 1 mission

Ok, so you’ve been a generalist, and tried different things in your business, and you’ve come to realize (perhaps a little kicking a screaming), that you simply can’t get anywhere being as broad as you are now.

You want to figure out a way to specialize, and still use your knowledge and experience.

Supporting professional women on a mission to create better conditions for people or planet.

Art, creativity, sustainable solutions and processes, kindness towards ourselves and others, these are the projects and businesses I am passionate about helping.

Whether you’re stuck on a project, feel overwhelmed by all your interests, or are ready to specialize your business, if you want to help people or planet, I’d love to support you on your journey

Hi, I’m Katja (pronounced catch-ya)

As a multi-creator myself, I have spent years being a generalist. This has given me many skills, vast experience in different industries, and now that I’m narrowing my focus, I help navigate your own focus-narrowing process.

My clients don’t share industry. What they have in common, apart from being seriously lovely, creative, and skilled women, is that the business they dream of building, is one that does good for people or planet.

That often means challenging status quo in their industry.

I love me a bit of that!

This creativity coaching, slash business coaching, is about helping you specialize in yourself, your creative process, and your business.

My approach is process-focused, and based on some of the Kaizen-Muse creativity coaching principles.

Kind words from a previous coaching client

“Coaching with Katja has been a great experience. She’s kind and compassionate, she doesn't impose a rigid, one-size-fits-all way of doing things, and she actually helps you find your own way.

She also helps you navigate between your daily life and your creative project.
